In our 37 years of practice we have always believed that you, as our clients, are entitled to a zealous representation, with us exploring any lawful means to present or defend your case. We will preserve your confidences and secrets and will respect your right to make the ultimate decision on the objectives to be pursued in your manner. We pledge to inform you of the choices you may have and will counsel you based on our independent professional judgment. If you wish, you will be provided with copies of all correspondence on your matter, and will be periodically updated on its progress. In return we expect an open honest relationship with you and expect you to communicate with us if you don't understand something or if you have a question about how your matter is being handled.
Our focus in practice includes the areas of law involving wills and estates, real estate, estate planning, estate probate, commercial, divorce, family, traffic accidents, DUI, drunk driving, criminal, medical malpractice, personal injury and admiralty law.
Many people only think of seeing an attorney after they develop a problem, but the best time to consult with us is before, not after you have a problem. We generally do not charge for the initial office meeting with you. If you choose to retain us, we will give you our best estimate of what the range of fees would be. The basis for a legal fee can best be explained by a quote from Abraham Lincoln, who said, "A lawyer's time and advice are his stock in trade."
A lawyer's professional services differ from those rendered by a doctor or dentist in one important way: much of the work done on your case is done when you are not present. A great deal of our time goes into the preparation of documents, researching the law, investigation, and trial preparation.
We are proud of the fact that we employ the latest technology in legal research with the capability of reading court decisions "on line" within minutes of the case being decided. No firm has the ability to obtain the latest laws or decisions more rapidly than we do!

To be successful and efficient, it is important that we act as a team. Write out all the facts pertaining to your case and be as thorough as you can be. Be as concise as possible and remember to always bring in all the papers which may have anything to do with your matter.
Be honest and tell us all the facts - both good and bad. We will tell you the strengths and weaknesses of your case, and will discuss options and strategy with you.
Our experience has taught us that the key element in any good lawyer/client relationship is open communications between us. This is the primary reason why we have purposely maintained a small office, which has allowed us to have a personal and thorough knowledge of every matter in which this firm is involved.
