Obviously, the competency of the attorney is equally as important. The first step in the process of selecting an attorney is to visit with him or her, talk about the area of concern, discuss options and strategy, and agree on a fair fee for the services to be rendered. To help you in this process I offer an initial consultation as no cost so we can meet and review your matter. Since my graduation from Law School in 1970, I have been engaged in the private practice of law. I have tried many cases from criminal felonies to civil small claims to custody and divorce matters. In addition to my trial experience, I have represented thousands of people buying or selling their homes, and have drafted hundreds of wills and trusts to accomplish individual clients' estate plans. My office door is always open to my clients for advice on any legal matter and believe that discussing a situation with someone in advance of their making a decision affords them the opportunity to make an informed decision based on all the options which they may have.
